Welcome to our Gale Quarterly Update for EPIC Libraries
|
|
|
|
Well, it is that time of year again – when you are all evaluating the Gale Proposal for the EPIC 2024/2025 subscriptions. As you all know, back in 2022 we refreshed the resources being offered to each market segment and feedback from our meetings with many of you show that everyone is very happy with the with the current content of the packages on offer.
For this reason, we have submitted near identical EPIC 2024/2025 Packages for your consideration – but with a few new additions here and there…….
Please make sure you download the EPIC Catalogues and attend our Online Webinars where we will showcase these new additions.
Thank you for your support last year and we hope that you will remain loyal subscribers to the Gale resources for 2024/2025. Please contact us if you have a training, marketing, or technical support needs. Our expert Support team are here to assist you with making the most out of your subscription.

Kia Ora,
As we approach another round of EPIC subscription renewals, feel free to reach out to either myself or Gail Pervan if you'd like to discuss your Gale products, packages, and subscription options for 2024/25.
Gail Pervan is available to meet with Public Libraries or Polytechnic Libraries either in person or online that would like to have a closer look at the Gale EPIC packages available in 2024/25. Gail is our New Zealand Sales Representative, based locally in the Auckland region and can be contacted on 027 490 7344
or via email: gail.pervan@cengage.com
It has been a pleasure connecting with many of you, alongside Laura Whitton, Lynette Lewis and Gail Pervan, during the LIANZA conference and campus visits in late 2023, discussing your needs and the optimal strategies to enhance the discoverability of your resources for patrons.
You can access all EPIC Library Catalogues for Public Libraries, Polytechnic Libraries, Special Libraries, University Libraries, and the National Library by clicking the link below.

Gale Books and Authors - ANZ Content Update
Gale Books and Authors helps to connect readers with books. Among many benefits to your library, it can increase circulation of fiction and non-fiction, build and promote book clubs and programs in your library and help patrons make informed reading choices. Powered by Gale's popular What Do I Read Next? series, Gale Books & Authors
combines both browsable menus and visual search technology to guide readers from every level of reading proficiency to books that match their interests.
Importantly for Australian & New Zealand Libraries, we have our very own local advisor in Amy Heap who is employed by Gale to source Australian and New Zealand content that is being updated monthly for this product. This will help make Gale Books and Authors
even more relevant to your library and patrons. Since November 2021, we have now added over 485 new ANZ titles and ANZ authors for ANZ Libraries. If you would like more information on Gale Books and Authors, please do not hesitate to contact us.
